Last year, we competed in FRC’s Rebound Rumble. Our robot, Neutrino, was designed to shoot foam basketballs into a set of hoops as well as balance on a bridge with other robots.

Autodesk Oregon Regional:
We were the 12th seed at the Portland regional and successfully competed in the quarterfinals with the Pigmice (2733) and the Bowtie Brigade (2093). Here is a picture of our triple balance on the practice field.
Silicon Valley Regional:
After our Oregon regional, we fixed our autonomous code and had a great time at SVR, competing in intense matches with some of the best teams in the world.
In October 2012, we participated in CalGames (thanks Woodside High School!), an offseason competition for those looking for an extra challenge. We updated Neutrino’s autonomous code to shoot and then get basketballs off the center ramp, we added a stronger pusher-downer, and we gave new members a taste of a real competition. At CalGames, we won the video award. You can see the award-winning video here.
Our robot, Neutrino, was seen on a local news broadcast about SVR.
