Groups continued work on the projects of the last few nights. On the build side, the Alternate Side Grabber group created the side grippers and worked on tote alignment within their mechanism. A group worked on calculating the center of mass of the robot without CAD to allow for more customization of weights and ultimately more precision. And the game piece group finished construction of the scoring platform and has the pieces required to begin the tote chute. On the programming side, the team learned about tote aligner code. A group worked on color sensors, figuring out their functionality and implementing them in code. Many also worked on the electronics board configuration, laser cutting a draft and aligning it within the chassis. Altogether, another productive night in the lab!
