Tonight was filled with lots of prototyping for the build team as we worked our climbing designs, which we will be able to show at our design review tomorrow.
The grab and twist group worked on laser-cutting and mounting the attachments for the arms to the chassis as well as coming up with a grabber that will attach to the pyramid.
The conveyor group finished attaching the hooks to the chain as well as making their chassis.
Programming was busy constructing an electronics board. Old members helped new members make practice electronics boards and write drive code to learn Java.
Overall, everyone was working hard to prepare for tomorrow! Tomorrow we will decide the climbing mechanism for our robot.
